About these terms

These terms describe the general arrangements under which Hangzhou Velqora Technology Co., Ltd. provides global social media content and operations services. The scope, schedule, fees and delivery method for a specific project are governed by the proposal, quotation, contract or other written record confirmed by both parties.

Service scope and delivery boundaries

Our services may include market and platform research, content strategy, topic planning, copy and visual production, content adaptation, multi-platform publishing coordination, account operations support and periodic reviews. The services actually included in each project are those confirmed in writing.

Unless expressly included in the project documents, service fees generally exclude advertising spend, platform or software fees, creator and third-party supplier fees, locations, samples and logistics. Time required for client approval, material delivery or third-party platform review is outside the production time we can independently control.

Project confirmation and collaboration

Before work begins, both parties will confirm the main goals, deliverables, communication method and milestones. The client should provide the required information, materials and feedback on time. If the requested scope or approved content changes, both parties may reconfirm workload, fees and timing.

Intellectual property in content and materials

Brands, products, trademarks, images, videos, data and other materials supplied by the client remain the property of the client or their original rights holders. Tools, templates, processes and general methods that we owned before the project or developed independently remain ours.

The permitted use and ownership of final project deliverables follow the parties' written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, after the relevant project fees are paid, the client may use approved final deliverables in its own business and brand communications. Unselected drafts, working files and editable source files are not automatically included in the deliverables.

Authorization and compliance of client materials

By providing materials, the client confirms that it may use them for the project and authorizes us to process and use them as needed to complete the work. The client is responsible for ensuring that product information, claims, trademarks, likenesses, music, images, videos, data and other materials are accurate, lawful and properly authorized.

If particular markets, industries or platforms impose additional compliance requirements, both parties should discuss them promptly. We can assist with ordinary checks within the agreed service scope, while the client remains responsible for its products, business qualifications and final published content.

Case data and results

Case data shown on this website or in project materials is described using the measurement scope, platform definition and observation period applicable at the time. Projects differ in starting conditions, markets, budgets, products and platform environments. Case data explains the working method and is not a promise of views, inquiries, conversion rates or any other outcome.

Platform changes and limitations

Social media rules, algorithms, reviews and functions can change, and third-party services may be interrupted or adjusted. For events outside the parties' reasonable control, we will communicate promptly and adapt the plan where practical, but cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses directly caused by platforms, networks, policy changes, the client or third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page and its date when our services or relevant laws change. If a signed or confirmed project document differs from this page, the written document confirmed for that project takes priority.
